1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 78phpearl website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

78phpearl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 78phpearl Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 78phpearl Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 78phpearl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 78phpearl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.
• KYC Verification: 78phpearl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 78phpearl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 78phpearl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the Platform. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of KYC verification.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 78phpearl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Transaction Fees: 78phpearl does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

78phpearl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 78phpearl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 78phpearl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• Random Number Generators: All electronic games on the 78phpearl Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results or by the size of bets placed.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 78phpearl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 78phpearl is not responsible for losses incurred due to disconnection caused by your internet service provider or device.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 78phpearl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or on behalf of a third party without authorization.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 78phpearl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 78phpearl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 78phpearl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78phpearl, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

78phpearl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination and Suspension

78phpearl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Conduct that is harmful to other players, 78phpearl staff, or the integrity of the Platform.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, 78phpearl reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 78phpearl customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or Platform decision, you must submit a formal complaint to 78phpearl customer support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

78phpearl will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 78phpearl, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

78phpearl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
